He was predeceased by: his wife Hetta Aretta Manley; his parents, Albert Victor Manley and Hulda Hollit; his sisters, Wanda Jones and Betty Nichols; and his grandson Bryan Greene.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Ann Greene (Paul) of Knoxville, Marcheta Sue Owensby (Randy) of Knoxville, Robert Clay Manley (Teresa) of Decatur and Albert Victor Manley (Rellie) of Guam; his grandchildren, Paul "Ricky" Greene (Gina), Justin Long (Natalie), Amy Seifert (Steve), Matthew Dukes (Jennifer) and Haley Owensby; and his great grandchildren, Baylee Robinson (Colton), Kali Miller (Robert), Nicholas, Mia Seifert, Connor, Caroline Dukes, Cade, Henry and Andrew Manley.
