He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Delph and Belle Delph; and his siblings, Ronald, Howard Delph and Rosella Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Chenoweth Delph; his children, Crystal (Billy Brooks), Michael (Stephanie Delph), Anthony (Felicia Delph) and Paige (Terry Carney); his grandchildren, LaShea, Chris Brown, Haley, Zach Graham, Makayla, Billy Graves, MaKenzie, Maverick Henderson, Alysia, Jake Delph, Nevaeh Delph, Austin, Serenity Delph, Colton Delph, Garette "Bo" Norman, Evelyn "Evey" Norman, Jaxon Carney and Callie Carney; his great grandchildren, Xavier and Jaxxon Brown; his siblings, Donald Delph (Janice), Richard Delph, Bill Delph (Robin) and Lisa Keck (Tracey); and his siblings-in-law, Robin Delph and Jackie Williams. He is also survived by his 5 step-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and 2 aunts.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
