He was predeceased by: his father Ira Earl Shinpaugh, Sr.; his stepmother Wanda Shinpaugh; his stepbrother Roger Tipton; and his pet Opie. He is survived by: his mother Mary Branum (Marty); his daughter Amber Shinpaugh; his grandchildren, Lexi and Peyton Goetz; his sister Crystal Dalton (Bryan); his nieces and nephews, Wesley, Tara and Kensley; his brother Earl Shinpaugh, Jr. (Teresa); his niece Sarah; his nephew Josh; his brother Don Shinpaugh (Michele); his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Logan and Leah; and also Tony Goetz.
