She is survived by : her husband Carl W. Costner; her children, Dennis, Sharon and Carl Jr.; her sisters, Juanita and Doris; and her grandchildren, Mandy, Daniel, Chandler, Cameron, Stacy, Kelly, Maria, Mitchell, Taylor and Eric.
