He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Groër and Maria Groër. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his sons, Peter (Knoxville), Christopher (Knoxville) and Sean (Hixson); and his grandchildren, Parker, Pearce, Hadley and Gavin.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934).
