With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Penny K. McMillan of Knoxville, Tennessee, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 14, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Kellogg and Marjorie Fern Kellogg; and her husband James R. McMillan. She is survived by: her children, Tod McMillan (Cheryl), Greg McMillan (Summer) and Monique Fisher (Mark); her grandchildren, Conner Patterson (Dakota), Brynn McMillan, Ian Nagy, Danielle Mallery (Matt), Alex Stevens (Jaclyn), Emily Gorlewski (Harley) and Will Stevens; and her great grandchildren, Fable, Cleo, Ivy, Noah, Oliver, MacLaren, Charlie and Milo.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Et Messiah Lutheran Church (6900 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Messiah Lutheran Church.
