She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Letsinger (Blevins) and Lee Letsinger Jr.; her brother WJ Williams; and her brother-in-law David G. Wells (Mandy Scott). She is survived by: her husband Fred C. Winkle; her children, Todd Fine, Justin and Angie Winkle; her sister Sue Wells; her grandchildren, Hannah, Trentin and Charisma; and her great grandchildren, Navy and Riverleigh.
A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM.
