She was predeceased by: her husband Robert of Phelps, NY; her parents, Michael Blaschak and Mary Blaschak (Procanyn) of Allentown, PA; and her brothers, Theodore (Margaret) of Northampton, PA and Dr. Stephen Blaschak of Allentown.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Irvine (Matthew) of London, England, Andrew Hussar (Karen) of Dover, MA and Christopher Hussar (Amy) of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Malachi, Arielle, Luke, Drew, Sebastian, Sabrina, Adeleine, Emery and William; and her sisters-in-law, Marianne Blaschak and Carole Kryk (Gerald). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and friends.
