She was predeceased by: her husband Ira Kesterson; her parents, Carson Day and Nora Jean Widner; her siblings, Wade Widner, Roxie Arnwine and Donna Lee Presnell; and her grandson Ady Ridderhof.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Kesterson (Sharon), Ina Burkhalter (David Ray), Judy Long (David) and Janie Pagano (Tom); her grandchildren, John Ridderhof, Bradley Burkhalter (Karli), Kenny Long, Lauren Quick (David) and Tracy Weaver (Michael); her great grandchildren, Easton Weaver, Olivia Weaver, Knox Quick and Wyatt Quick; and her close friend Leroy Meyers (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Berry Highland South (9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920). A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Berry Highland South Cemetery (9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920).
