He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Lawrence LeVan, Sr. and Katherine Groves LeVan; his wife Barbara Lillard LeVan; his daughter Debra Rugulo; and his grandson Curtis Todd.
He is survived by: his children, Paul LeVan (Debra) of Piqua, Michael LeVan of Dallas, Texas, Kimberly King of Piqua and Tina Whitehead (Kent) of Clinton. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dayton National Cemetery (4100 W Third St, Dayton, OH 45428).
