It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Carol (Ellison) Belcher (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Ellison and Lillie "Dolly" Ellison; her husband Frank Owen Belcher, Jr.; and her aunt Virginia Long. She is survived by: her daughters, Kara Belcher Cooley (Matt) and Laurie Belcher Meyers (Bret); her grandchildren, Maggie Cooley Hammermaster (Sam), Caroline Meyers, Lillie Cooley, Molly Meyers and Charlie Meyers; her sister-in-law Shirley Goad (Clinton); and her cousins, Ted Long (Elizabeth) and Chucky Long (Donna).
A reception was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church (9132 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37923).
