The memory of Mary Frances Smith (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 6, 2024 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her husband Albert L. Smith; her son Ronnie Smith; her parents, Olean Palmer and Cynthia Palmer; and her siblings, LeRoy Palmer, Irene Armstrong and Charlotte Morgan.

She is survived by : her children, Dewaine Smith (Cheryl), Debbie Mathis (Joe), Sharon Marcus (Donnie Raines) and Stephanie Smith (Kathy Pennington); her grandchildren, Justin Smith (Heidi), Jason Smith (Megan), Amanda Smithgall (Josh) and Chris Smith (Nancy); her great grandchildren, Kiria, Peyton Smith, Lucas, Carter Smithgall, Everett Smith, Charley, Duke and Hank Smith; and her daughter-in-law Sondra Smith.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Eastview Memorial Gardens (1320 Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871).
