In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Mary Elizabeth had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Mary Elizabeth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Elder and Gloria Elder; her son Matthew Elisha Redding; her sister Judy Perkins; and her cousin (and Kidney donor) David Elder.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Redding; her children, Michael Redding, Karen Ramsey (Kenneth) and Cheryl Morris (Glenn); and her siblings, Mike Elder (Deborah), Debbie Parrott and Becky Edwards (Joe). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Seymour Church.
