He was predeceased by: his wife Martha "Ann" Allen; his parents, Clyde Allen and Wanda Allen; and his sister Joyce Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Pack and Melissa Gowey (Terry); his grandchildren, Jessica, Jennifer, Jason, Shelby and Zachery; and his great grandchildren, Brianna, Aiden, Aisha, Kenna, Kyla and Kaden.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
