She is survived by: her husband Justin Smith; her children, Darren Smith and Madison Smith; her siblings, Mikal Cruzen (Paul), Tony Stephens (Casey) and Crystal Butler (Allen); her mother-in-law Sandy Talbott Smith; her sister-in-law Laura Smith; and her pet Leo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodhaven Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (160 Edgemoor Rd, Powell, TN 37849). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
