She was predeceased by: her husband David C. Johnson; her grandson Wesley Michael Johnson; her parents, Mark McKinley Caldwell and Lucille Luttrell Caldwell; and her siblings, Ottis of Lawrence, Vaughn, Wanda and Ruth.

She is survived by: her son David M. Johnson (Elaine); her grandchildren, Brian Johnson (Karen), Kelly Belyea (Ben), Dustin Johnson (Katie) and Jeffrey Johnson; and her siblings, Libby Blevins (Phil) and Mark "Herbie". She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
