It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Newcomb of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Newcomb Sr.; and her parents, Gertrude Martin and R. R. Martin. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Hurt of Acworth and Ralph Newcomb Jr. of Knoxville, TN.; her grandson Joseph McNeal; and her siblings, Katie Gibson, Alice Copeland, Helen Flanagan, Mary Lindsay, Ella Mae Forshee, Katherine Martin, Martha Martin, Betty McCown and R. R. Martin Jr.. She is also survived by Nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
