She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray and Clara Belle Strader; and her brother Michael Ward. She is survived by: her husband Michael McCarty; her children, Michael McCarty, Joshua McCarty and Samantha Lyndsey (Scotty); her grandchildren, Addison, Jacob and Vada; her brother Billy Strader (Tammy); her aunt Dorothy Janow; and her niece Kelli Dunsmore (Doris). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Berry Highland South Funeral Home (9010 E Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920). A committal service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
