She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Wilkerson and Helen Wilkerson; and her son William Barry Long. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Arden; her daughters, Janice Van Asch (Chris VanAsch) and Rachel Atkins; her stepsons, Ricky Arden (Jean Ann) and Bruce Arden (Rena Arden); her siblings, Brenda Gibson, Johnny Wilkerson (Linda Wilkerson), Ray Wilkerson (Sara Wilkerson) and Perry Wilkerson (Sheila Wilkerson); and her grandchildren, Jaymie Evans, Brittany Arden, Christine Hollister, Josef Hullemeyer, Kristen Rice, Erin Torbett, Emma Atkins and Easton Atkins. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Rose Mann Heritage Chapel (6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Memorial Cemetery (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
