He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Parris and Mary Parris of Corbin, KY; and his sisters, Rosa DeLay of Covington, KY and Kathryn Hughes of Sarasota, FL. He is survived by: his wife Linda Parris of Knoxville, TN; his children, Shawn Parris of Asheville, NC and Jennifer Brummett of Knoxville, TN; and his son-in-law Michael Brummett of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
