He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Messer and Sandra Sue Messer; and his aunts and uncles, Lonnie Messer (Vince Tolley), Jerry Messer, Eileen, Tom Brackett, Vanessa, Gordon Brackett, Marylin, Barbara Brackett and Ann Brackett.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Inc. (106 Cherry St, Pineville, KY 40977).
