It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Halsey of Knoxville, Tennessee, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward C. Halsey of Halsey's Supermarket and Myra E. Halsey (Hill); his brother David Halsey; his niece Kelly Halsey; and his nephew Todd Halsey.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Bumpus (Andrew) of Lacona, Kevin Halsey Sandy (Tamera), Cynthia Dash Sandy (Stephen) and Benjamin Halsey Arcade (Esther); and his sister Jeannette Spicer of Oswego. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
