He is survived by: his wife Kelly Conn of Knoxville, TN; his grandsons, Tobias Conn and Dalton Spears; and his children, William Kenneth (Rebecca) of Williamsburg, KY and Caitlyn Jeanette (Gabriel) of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
