She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Perkins; her parents, Alton Smith and Mildred Smith; and her son-in-law James Fleet. She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine Fleet of Fletcher, NC, Bonnie Ramsey (Ron) of Knoxville and Melanie Crye (Phil) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Sarah Bennett (Levi) of Springfield, Jonathan Ramsey of Knoxville and Rebecca Ramsey of Knoxville; and her siblings, Shirley Leatherwood of Carrollton, Georgia and David Smith (Melissa) of Carrollton, Georgia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made to either Clapps Chapel U.M.C., Corryton or Asbury U.M.C., Knoxville.
