He was predeceased by: his grandfather Jerry Winkle; his great-grandparent Ruby Faye Armstrong; and his friend Julian Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Meredith Kreis; his children, Levi Scott and Grayson Graham; his close friends, Scott, Gretchen Kreis and Adrianne; his grandparents, Sherry Winkle, Dan and Sandra Sullivan; his great-grandparent Alice Marine; his parents-in-law, Mike and Missy Hayes; his sisters-in-law, Melia and Mallory Hayes; and his cousin David Kreis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family and friends.
