He is survived by: his father David W Keeney; his brother Nathan W Keeney; his aunts and uncles, Carol Walborn, Jane Dark, Kathleen Murray, Mark Keeney, Phil Dark, John Goddin and Robert Humphreys; and his cousins, Jason Walborn, Jessica Martin, Jack Murray and Gina Croce.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. James Episcopal Church (1101 N Broadway, Knoxville, TN 37917). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. During Covid and thereafter, he decided that he needed to learn some new skills.
