He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dean and Evelyn Arlene Dugger (Jones); and his former wife Vicky Lynn Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Dickson Dugger (Kendra); his sons, Joshua Alan Dugger (Kelly Kendra Priest) of Knoxville and Steven Ross Dickson (James Joseph Dickson); his grandchildren, Dylan William Priest and Kaelyn Kendra Priest; and his siblings, Robert Arthur Dugger and Vicki Jo Martina (Paul) of Alabaster, AL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the E. Tennessee Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
