John L. Perry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 27, 2025, at the age of 96, John L. Perry in Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lawrence Perry and Cina Rankin Perry; his wife Mary Mayne Wilson Perry; and his son Steven M. Perry. He is survived by: his children, Leslie Anne Peterson, David L. Perry and Emily Susan Elizabeth Perry.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery (5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sequoyah Hills Presbyterian Church.
