He is survived by: his wife Sammie Neely; his children, Doug Neely (Cindy), Craig Neely and Melissa MacCabe (Jonathan); his siblings, Doyle Neely, Janice Carmon and Jill Roberts; his grandchildren, Andrea Neely, Taylor Neely (April), Madison, Connor and Westin MacCabe; and his great grandchild Nolan Neely.
