He is survived by: his brother John; his nephew Jim; his niece Becky Massey; his son Philip David Duncan; his daughter-in-law Leslie Ann Duncan of Falls Church; his grandchildren, Meredyth Phillips Duncan of Gloucester Point and Tyler Witte Duncan of Arlington; and his great-nephew Jason Mitchell Phillips of Knoxville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose Mann Heritage Chapel (6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Duncan Family Cemetery (709 Baker Hwy, Huntsville, TN 37756).
