She was predeceased by: her husband Glen D. Mowery; her son Richard Neal Mowery; her siblings, Wayne Murr and Dorothy Clearman; and her parents, Roy Murr and Alma Murr.
She is survived by: her sons, John D. Mowery (Kim) and Mark W. Mowery (Sarah); her daughter-in-law Judy Mowery; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Scott, Andrew and Samuel. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Pleasant Forest Cemetery (401 Concord Rd, Knoxville, TN 37934).
