She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Killingsworth and Stella Killingsworth. She is survived by: her daughter Anne Teasley of Knoxville; her granddaughters, Abby Teasley of Tampa and Amanda Teasley of Nashville, Tennessee; her sons, Jim Hazzard, Jr. of Springfield, MO, Curtis (Sarah Hazzard), Carl Hazzard of Bessemer, AL and Tim Hazzard of Greeneville, TN; and her close friends, Carol Ann, Archie Dean of Maryville and Randy Tisdale.
A reception was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Click Funeral Home (11915 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934).
