He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Jeff Caldwell, Larry Mulkey, Jim Mulkey, Betty Moore and Frances Satterfield; his grandparents, John and Ethel Mulkey; his great-grandparents, Elma and Jack Sewell; his parents, Lynn Mulkey and Cathy Caldwell Mulkey of Marysville; his siblings, Alicia Hindman (Andy) of Clintonville and Evan Mulkey of Willow Creek, California; his grandparents, Elwood and Mary Ann Caldwell of Marysville; his uncles, Robert Mulkey of Mt. Vernon, Keith Mulkey (Rhonda) of Cable and Leslie Mulkey of Plain City; and his aunt Carol Blythe of Plain City. He is also survived by many cousins and other relatives and friends.
