She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bartley and Glenora Bartley; and her stepfather David White of Roane County. She is survived by: her husband Jay Manneschmidt; her daughters, Emily Manneschmidt (Matthew Blaylock) and Anna Manneschmidt (Andrew Patterson); her siblings, Judy Kincaid and Greg Bartley; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Manneschmidt (Linda Billman) and Eric Manneschmidt (Margaret). She is also survived by mother, not only to her twin daughters but to all their friends.
