With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean Forester Marler in Knoxville, Tennessee, born in Harlan, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 23, 2024 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Forester and Stella Forester; her husband Donn Marler; her sister Eunice Forester Turner; and her brother-in-law Gene Turner.
She is survived by: her siblings, Lois Hall (Bill), Evelyn Jackson (Joe) and Bill Forester (Evelyn); her nephews, Ed, Chris, Scott, Jody and Jamie; her niece Jenny; and her friends, Pam Cox, Mary Anne Brickner, Linda Neal and Judy Boone.
The family welcomes donations to the Parkinson's Foundation as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
