He was predeceased by: his father Jim Sullivan Sr.; and his brother Jack Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his sons, Jay Sullivan (Brooke) of Cincinnati and Jeff Sullivan of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Lauren Taylor Sullivan, Alexis and Logan Bruce.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Funeral Home and Cremations Farragut Chapel.
