We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2025, at the age of 96, Imogene Marie Tarwater of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Irwin and Nellie Irwin; her brothers, James Irwin Jr. and Kenneth Irwin; and her son David Tarwater.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Tarwater, Paula Fowler and Tammy Baker; her siblings, Jack Irwin, Peggy Melton and Judy Gibson; her grandchildren, Heather Fowler, Gary Fowler II, David Perkins, Michael Trowbridge and Chelsea DeBord; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Samantha, Lucas Butterworth, Zaxton, Everleigh Trowbridge and Cameron DeBord.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berry Funeral Home (3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
