She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Moore and Mildred Moore. She is survived by: her sister Lola; her children, David Michael McCullar (Clarissa), Jim Leslie McCullar, Rebecca Lynn McCullar and Lori Ann Marks; her grandchildren, Chase Michael McCullar and Lauren Haley McCullar; her nieces and nephews, Byron Wells, Glenn Wells (Sheryl) and Larry Donroe-Wells (Vincent); and also, Reese Wells, Connor Donroe-Wells and Noelle Wells-Sexton (Joel).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions in Helen's name be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
