It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgia Christine Dalton (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Edward Dalton; her parents, Marshall Cole and Pauline Cole; her sister Juanita Cole Gregg; her brother-in-law Homer Gregg; her brother Bud Cole; and her sister-in-law Anna Mae Cole.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Dalton Radford (Larry) and Thomas Edward Dalton (Melanie); her grandchildren, Holly Cain (Tim), Leigh Ann Radford, Joshua Dalton (Shelby) and Sarah Snyder (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Josie Shipley, Nolan and Finley Dalton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A memorial service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastview Memorial Gardens (1320 Andrew Johnson Hwy, Strawberry Plains, TN 37871).
