He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Oxendine; his parents, Benjamin Franklin and Ada Lucille Hubbard (Romines); his daughter Lori; his granddaughter Leslie; and his siblings, Benny, Pat, Don, Betty Jean and Barbara Ann.
He is survived by: his children, George Jr. and Charaity (David Daily). He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Berry Highland South (9010 Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
