He was predeceased by: his parents, Harles Kirby and Mary Kirby; and his siblings, Howard Luther Lawson III and Debra Marlene Lawson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sam Kirby (Lisa), Brenda Henderson (James) and Sandy Young (Bobby); and his close friend Debbie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to defer funeral expenses.
