With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gailen Shane Porter of Knoxville, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2025 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather Don LeCoultre; his sister Paula; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Beeler. He is survived by: his son Landon Porter; his parents, Susan LeCoultre and Gailen Porter; his stepmother Melanie Porter; and his brothers, Matthew Porter (Irene), Aaron Porter and Spencer Porter (Kayla).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Humane Society of Knoxville at 6717 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.
