He is survived by: his parents, Nathan Koontz and Ciara Koontz; his sisters, Everleigh and Esmae; and his grandparents, Mark, Sethany Koontz, Christopher, Katrina Cox, Jeremy and Esther Aldrich. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
