She was predeceased by: her spouses, Carnice Lamont Waggoner, Jr. and C. L. Waggoner, Jr.; her son C. L. Waggoner, III; her siblings, Ethel, Edith, Faye, Coil, Edward and Luther; and her parents, Thomas Herman Moncy and Lillie Emma Williams (Williams).
She is survived by: her sister Linda Gail; her children, Barbara Evans, Penny Carter (Pete), David (Pacita), Don and Mike; her grandchildren, Chris and Deena; and her close friend Mary Brabson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
