The memory of Eva (B.) Bernice Moncy Waggoner (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away on January 18, 2025 at the age of 101, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her spouses, Carnice Lamont Waggoner, Jr. and C. L. Waggoner, Jr.; her son C. L. Waggoner, III; her siblings, Ethel, Edith, Faye, Coil, Edward and Luther; and her parents, Thomas Herman Moncy and Lillie Emma Williams (Williams).
She is survived by: her sister Linda Gail; her children, Barbara Evans, Penny Carter (Pete), David (Pacita), Don and Mike; her grandchildren, Chris and Deena; and her close friend Mary Brabson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stevens Mortuary Inc. (1304 Oglewood Ave, Knoxville, TN 37917). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
