He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Headrick and Opal Headrick; and his sister Gail Roach. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Headrick; his son Joshua; his daughter-in-law Kristy Headrick; his daughter Amanda Headrick; and his grandchildren, Arabelle and Easton Headrick. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (4500 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, TN 37920).
