She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Scott and Carrie Scott; her husband Robert William Phibbs, Sr.; her children, Macy Montgomery (Richard) and Robert Phibbs, Jr.; and her grandson Jason Phibbs.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan I. Bailey (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Nicholas Phibbs Bailey (Morgan) and Carrie A. Montgomery Newsome (Ed); and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Nathan and Keegan Vallone. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to Mobile Meals or Sacred Ground Hospice.
