She is survived by: her husband Victor Duggins; her sons, Brett L. Cobble and Derek L. Cobble; her stepdaughters, Lesley M. Duggins and Amy E. Duggins; and her grandchildren, Leah A. Cobble, Evan J. Cobble and Evelyn G. Cobble.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Rose Mortuary (6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919).
