He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Francis and Malcolm Francis; his siblings, JoAnne, Edward and Malcolm; and his niece Shannon.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Habiger; his daughter Savannah; and his siblings, Mary and Patrick.
A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the Rose Mann Heritage Chapel (6200 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (645 St John Ct, Knoxville, TN 37934).
