He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frew and Louise Christie Frew. He is survived by: his wife Diana Cox Frew; his sons, David Ross Frew Jr. of Townsend and Travis Edward Frew of Birmingham; and his siblings, Chris Hardin and John Frew (Susie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
