He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Collins and Sharon Phillips; his grandmother Glenda Owens; his children, Mikaela England, Keira Luttrell (Blake) and Tanner England; his grandson Kolton Wayne Luttrell; his sisters, Heather England and Tiffany Lackey (Matthew); his uncle Roy; and his aunt Wilma Owens. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family, & friends.
